Sponsored by Byron Bay Brewery, junior light middleweight Boxer Ryan Waters will challenge on Anthony Mundine at the WIN Entertainment Centre for the WBA World Title Eliminator.

On the way to become one of Australia's most followed boxers, Ryan Waters started his boxing career when he was 21 years old. Being the first junior in Australia to complete the 40 man Kumite for his 1st dan black grading, Ryans amateur career turned quickly into professional in 2004 and he is now the IBF-PAN PACIFIC light middle weight champion and is undoubtedly on his way to a shot at a world title in the near future.

The winner of this match will be given a mandatory shot at the WBA junior middleweight world title, currently held by Puerto Rican star Miguel Cotto.
